Join us for a relaxing evening of Tai Chi and Meditation with our special guest instructors, Bonnie and Forest 

Tai Chi instructor, Bonnie Birdsall, is a certified Tai Chi and Qi Gong instructor and has had the pleasure of practicing for over 19 years here in Tampa Bay Area. Bonnie enjoys spreading the healthy peaceful life that melds mind, body and spirit.

Forest Spall is changing lives through yoga with iRest meditation. iREST is a research-based guided meditation that helps with coping with everyday stress, resolving trauma, decreasing depression, relieving chronic pain and improving sleep.
